Journal prompt: Spend at least 20 minutes writing about an event that caused you to lose respect for yourself and how you recovered it.

Fiction writing prompt: Write a scene in which your protagonist demonstrates a lack of respect for an ally because your protagonist didn’t learn an important lesson in humility.
